Review of Swissbau 2024: TS3 sets innovative accents

Swissbau 2024, one of the most important trade fairs for the construction and real estate industry in Switzerland, once again impressed visitors this year with groundbreaking innovations and inspiring events. TS3 was at the center of the action, attracting attention with several highlights and finally shining in the spotlight of the Schweiz Aktuell program on SRF.
The fascination of the TS3 process
Visitors to the trade fair had the unique opportunity to experience fascinating live casting twice a day, during which the TS3 process was presented in action. These demonstrations impressively illustrated the variety of applications and the impressive efficiency of TS3 technology to around 370 spectators.
Zelgstrasse project presentation: sustainability in timber construction
A particular highlight was the detailed presentation of the Zelgstrasse project in Uster. This project impressively illustrated how sustainability and innovative construction technologies can go hand in hand. Originally planned as a conventional construction project, it became a showcase project for sustainable construction thanks to the use of TS3 technology. The switch from the originally planned concrete construction to an innovative timber construction concept not only highlighted ecological responsibility, but also efficient construction processes. During our fully booked customer event at Swissbau, the project managers from Rhomberg Bau GmbH, Timbatec Holzbauingenieur Schweiz AG and Renggli AG explained these details in detail to the 105 members of the audience.
Sustainable concepts in practice with SENN, Solskin & Timber Structures 3.0
Sven presented the TS3 technology and already realized projects in front of 50 people. Together with SENN and Solskin, the practical relevance of sustainable concepts was highlighted.
New ideas for implementing the circular economy
TS3 was part of the "Circular Journey - the path to a circular construction industry" project team. At the World Café, we had the opportunity to present the ideas developed in collaboration with Circular Hub, FHNW, HSLU, Swiss Post and uptownBasel and discuss them with the participants. Around 30 participants were inspired by the innovative approaches.
In addition, two Team Innovation Sessions were held each week on the large Collaboration Stage. There, Sven Bill and the partners discussed the question of how resources can be effectively reintegrated into the cycle. Around 400 people listened attentively to the talks and discussions. Schweiz aktuell on SRF: TS3 in the spotlight
