Apartment houses Unterhub, Zollikerberg

Architecture
Design in concrete, build in wood: The design and planning of TS3 building projects is the same as for buildings made of reinforced concrete, as TS3 slabs distribute loads in multiple directions.
Engineering
A licensed timber or civil engineer designs the TS3 building project. He usually puts the TS3 timber components out to tender.
CLT production
The CLT panels are produced according to the engineer's specifications. The TS3 pre-treatment is ideally carried out directly after production.
Pre-treatment
With the pre-treatment, a standard cross laminated timber panel becomes a TS3 panel. This step is carried out by a licensee.
Installing
A woodworker of choice performs the erection and assembly work. The processes are the same as for ordinary cross laminated timber projects.
Casting
A TS3 application technician joins the cross laminated timber panels using joint grouting. Depending on the size of the project, the appropriate application method is chosen.
Quality management
Before the TS3 slabs are covered with a floor buidlup, TS3 AG ensures quality assurance and releases the project for further work.
