European Timber Construction Congress in Cologne – “Efficient Wood Construction in Urban Areas”

On October 7–8, 2026, the 18th European Congress (EBH) will take place at the Gürzenich in Cologne—one of the largest professional events dedicated to contemporary timber construction. It is aimed at architects, engineers, timber construction professionals, and all stakeholders in the construction industry who wish to learn about sustainable construction methods, urban timber construction, new guidelines such as the Model Timber Construction Guideline 2026, as well as current projects and practical examples.
