Architecture

Design in concrete, build in wood: The design and planning of TS3 building projects is the same as for buildings made of reinforced concrete, as TS3 slabs distribute loads in multiple directions.

Engineering

A licensed timber or civil engineer designs the TS3 building project. He usually puts the TS3 timber components out to tender.

CLT production

The CLT panels are produced according to the engineer's specifications. The TS3 pre-treatment is ideally carried out directly after production.

Pre-treatment

With the pre-treatment, a standard cross laminated timber panel becomes a TS3 panel. This step is carried out by a licensee.

Installing

A woodworker of choice performs the erection and assembly work. The processes are the same as for ordinary cross laminated timber projects.

Casting

A TS3 application technician joins the cross laminated timber panels using joint grouting. Depending on the size of the project, the appropriate application method is chosen.

Quality management

Before the TS3 slabs are covered with a floor buidlup, TS3 AG ensures quality assurance and releases the project for further work.

Overview

TS3 license model briefly explained

The TS3 technology is protected by various European and American patents. The owner of the patents is TS3 AG. The TS3 technology is available to interested companies worldwide. They only need to license themselves.

Your company

The engineering, TS3 pretreatment and joint grouting steps are performed by companies holding a TS3 license.

Your employees

To obtain a license, at least two people from the company must be trained and certified.

TS3 certificate

A person receives a certificate after passing the TS3 training. The TS3 certificate is personal and valid for at least two years.

TS3 license

Licensed CLT manufacturers for pretreatment of TS3 slabs, engineers for design of TS3 projects and application engineers for joint grouting.

The cross laminated timber panels are produced according to the engineer's specifications. Directly after the production the TS3 pretreatment is made

Companies that want to use TS3 technology purchase a TS3 license. To obtain a license, at least two people from the company must be certified. One person receives a certificate after participating in the TS3 training. These trainings are designed for different target groups and offered as e-learning courses.
