The new TS3-Configurator is online

With the new online configurator from TS3 you can estimate the thickness of a wooden floor with just a few clicks. The pre-dimensioning of TS3 floor slabs is thus considerably simplified.

In an early project phase, the different construction types are compared with each other. Building owners and architects look for decision bases for the choice of materials and systems for their building projects.

In order to simplify this decision, we have developed an online application. With just a few clicks you can select the planned support grid, the possible construction of the floor slab and the intended life load.

The online tool shows you immediately the construction of the floor slab with the corresponding thicknesses of the cross laminated timber slab and the other layers. We show you the expected deformation in a diagram. All results can be easily exported as PDF files.

Here youcan find the online configurator

1. select the planned support grid. Spans from 4x4 meters to 9x9 meters are available.

2. select the dead load of the floor slab (G kN/m2). Three different ceiling types are available for this purpose.

  a. Lightweight construction 1.35 /

  b. Medium construction 2.35 /

  c. Heavy construction 3.35

3. select the expected live load Q from 2 to 5 kN/m2).

4. choose whether to plan with a support head reinforcement.

Note: With the column head reinforcement, the connection of the floor slab to the hardwood column is reinforced. This reinforcement is economical from a column grid of around 6x6 metres.

5. Print out the PDF and take it with you to the next construction meeting.

Please note: The TS3-Configurator does not currently work on the Internet Explorer. We will be happy to support you with your construction project. Do not hesitate to contact us.
