Premiere: TS3 at the Swissbau in Basel for the first time

Every two years, the calendar year for the construction sector starts with a major event. The Swissbau trade fair, the central convention for the construction industry, routinely attracts more than 100,000 visitors to Basel. TS3 AG will take part for the first time in 2018 in order to present the new technology at this important gathering.

More than 1,100 exhibitors will make their way to Basel in January to present their products and services on 103,000 square metres of exhibition space – that's roughly the size of 18 football pitches. More than 100,000 visitors are once again expected to attend the trade fair from 16-20 January 2018, whereby every tenth visitor will come from abroad.

It is thanks to these superlatives that the Swissbau is not only the most important construction industry event in Switzerland, but also one of Europe's largest construction exhibitions.

Presenting TS3 technology beyond the boundaries of the timber construction industry

2018 will see Timber Structures 3.0 AG take part in the Swissbau for the first time with its own booth, where it will present the new technology to a varied audience during the five-day exhibition. TS3 project manager Marcel Herzog sees the booth at the Swissbau as a good opportunity to inform professionals from outside of the timber construction segment about the possibilities that TS3 technology has to offer.
